Let’s get… JAPONESQUE??!December 7, 2011 at 8:44 PM | Posted in Koda Kumi | Leave a comment
Okay lemme say this first: what the heck got into Kuu?? Who would name her tenth album, a friggin anniversary album for goodness sake, JAPONESQUE? It’s like a weird blend of the words ‘Japanese’ and ‘burlesque’.
And now for the parts I DO like xD For a start, I think the cover art is very sexy. And very into the title too. I like all those little Japanese accents in her outfits and accessoires (cute parasols!).
The tracklist is also a true fan’s nosebleed. She kicked in 10 new tracks, and she even collaborated with Omarion and T-Pain! The first was one I already expected because I saw a picture of Kumi and Omarion together.
This tenth album by Koda Kumi will be released on February 1, 2012, and not in January like Generasia’s wiki made me believe for so long. Three singles preceeded this release, every one reviewed on this blog.
